Another phase completed on MTCXXI
26/12/2013 MTCXXI / Training
On December 6th, the training phase of the MTCXXI Program has been completed, in the areas of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), NGIN and OSS.
The Namibian telecommunications operator – MTC – began in 2012 its Information and Communication Technologies services modernization process, with the construction of a Data Center that ensures the needed scalability for the implementation of the Telco-in-a-Box Solution. Now, the program completed a new phase: the training of key users about the postpaid services for the Telco-in-a-Box implementation.
There were more than 240 MTC employees who participated in the 18 training activities that took place until the last December 6th. In the end, the feedback was very positive: the trainees felt that the knowledge acquired is very relevant to their work, having exceeded their expectations.
The MTCXXI Program involves the joint participation of PT SI, PT Inovação, Accenture and Oracle and aims to provide a convergent and global solution for n-Play scenarios.
This solution intends to transform MTC into a next generation operator, allowing the client to easily subscribe a multitude of commercial offers, choose different payment methods and rules for different services.
For MTC, this investment in training is the best way to reach farther, in a time where the need to evolve has never been greater.
